How To Join The Studio

Our online studio offers accessible, affordable, and engaging nervous system regulation support for women across the GTA and Southwestern Ontario, Canada.

Each month, 30 public memberships are released to ensure an intentional experience. If you claim one of these memberships, you’ll start a free 30-day immersion, gaining full access to our evidence-based experiences and support from our team. During this time, you can cancel if our services don’t align with your needs. If they do, continue with 24/7, year-round access to our studio and become an essential member of our community mission to reduce suffering in women.

How The Studio Works

Your membership includes three core services:

#1: Journeys:

The journeys in our studio are spiritual, physical, emotional, and cognitive explorations into specific mind-body and nervous system regulation skills.

 

These multimedia experiences often take hundreds of hours of thoughtful design and content creation. They range from 1 to 12 days in length and each day typically requires 15 to 30 minutes of commitment, with built-in rest days to support energy and busy schedules. Each day of a journey is called a quest, and every quest is a healing adventure into the theme of the journey and ourselves. The true power of the journeys lies in their ability to combine adventure and consistency with nervous system regulation, creating the conditions for truly transformational experiences.

#2: Libraries:

Our libraries bring flexibility into the nervous system regulation experience.​ 

They are collections of nervous system regulation exercises and experiences that can be used 24/7, whenever you want a low-pressure way to turn off the external world and reconnect within. They are organized by modality. For example, we have: A Yoga Library, A Sound Healing Library, A Mindfulness, Calming, and Somatic Library, and more in production.

Our mind-body instructors, who have teaching experience in both traditional and clinical settings, designed the journeys and libraries to bring freedom and structure to explore core nervous system regulation skills, such as:

Trauma-Informed & Health-Informed Yoga

Our yoga journey and flows support a wide range of mental and physical health needs, including weight management, heart health, pelvic health, nervous system health, and emotional regulation. All of our practices are trauma-informed and health-informed, carefully designed to provide accommodating healing on and off the mat. From upregulating, downregulating, and chair flows to engaging healing quests that explore yoga's psychophilosophical teachings, our studio members are invited to explore the true holistic power of yoga.

#3: Community

Our community is designed to bring long-term value to you without adding excessive social demands to your busy life.

Diary of Find Her Peace:

This bi-weekly newsletter is released inside our studio and explores key topics and research related to women’s health, neuroscience, mental health, menopause, mind-body therapies, inspiration, and more.

The Laurissa Project:

In memory of our founder’s lost loved one, and in alignment with our mission to reduce suffering in women, we have created a community initiative grounded in karma yoga. This initiative supports underprivileged or situationally challenged women by providing free, accessible access to evidence-based nervous system regulation programs.

Monthly Community E-Meets:

These monthly online meetups are hosted with expert guest speakers on topics such as nutrition, neuroscience, professional performance, menopause, hormones, sleep, mental health, mind-body skills, and other wellness themes. Sessions will take place as live streams inside our community.

Monthly Equine Community Retreats (May–October):

Hosted at our private wellness farm near London, Ontario, these small-group sessions will have an additional fee and are only available to members. They run monthly from May to October (excluding July). Each retreat guides participants through a holistic mind-body journey with the support of our incredible horses.

Membership

You can join our studio for less than the cost of a daily latte, with a free 30-day immersion that puts your needs first.

Our Studio & Community

Daily Price: $0.61 + tax.

Annual Cost: $222 CAD + tax

Membership is billed annually to better support the growth and impact of our community.

A Latte Budget

Daily Price: $3.52 + tax

Annual Cost: $1284 + tax

How the Sign-Up Process Works:

Step 1: Click Check Availability.

 

Step 2: If a spot is available, complete the sign-up process. You will be asked to provide payment details to prevent free trial fraud, but you won’t be billed during the free 30-day immersion.

 

Step 3: Begin your free 30-day immersion into our studio and community.

 

After signing up, our team will reach out to ensure your onboarding goes smoothly. If you love what we’re building for women, your membership will start automatically after 30 days. If you decide not to continue, you can cancel your membership inside the studio.
