The Mission
Women’s unmet health needs remain one of the greatest tragedies of our time.
While many dedicated doctors, therapists, and holistic professionals are working tirelessly to change this, the data is still heartbreaking.
Here are just a few figures that illustrate the scale of the problem:
Globally, there is a $1 trillion gap in GDP that is a result of health inequity to women.¹
40% of women navigating menopause report feeling alone in their journey, despite the fact it will span nearly half of their adult lives.²
Women spend 25% more of their lives in debilitating health than men.¹
42% of women who needed mental health support, but didn’t access it, cited cost as a barrier — nearly twice the rate of men.³
We entered the FemTech space to help reduce women’s suffering by empowering them to improve their mental and physical health through accessible, evidence-based mind-body skills.
Behind this mission is a personal story — one that began in tragedy, but transformed into purpose.
The Find Her Peace Founding Story...

Find Her Peace was founded by a mother-and-son mind-body teacher team who, like millions of others, were balancing high-performing careers while navigating trauma, insomnia, chronic pain, menopause symptoms, panic, OCD, and the grief of losing loved ones — including a family member to mental health. In their search for peace, they embraced mind-body therapies to complement traditional treatments. The results were so profound, they began their pursuit of mastery. Over the past decade, our founders immersed themselves in mind-body experiences, earning thousands of hours in formal trainings, and the privilege of teaching these skills to people in both traditional and clinical settings.
Over time, their teaching naturally evolved to focus on women, as they witnessed the immense and disproportionate pressures women were carrying across their health, professional paths, and personal responsibilities.
The Find Her Peace Mission...

Through years of teaching, listening, and observing, our team identified gaps in access and quality that prevent women from receiving truly transformative mind-body support. In response, we created two distinct pathways to address them: a certification pathway for those seeking a deeply transformative experience alongside formal credentials for professional advancement, and a studio pathway for those who want accessible access to mind-body healing without certifications.
Both are guided by clear, purpose-driven missions:
Our Certifications Mission:
From the beginning, we chose to build certification pathways centred on depth, specialization, and meaningful application — not generalized, mass-market training. Our programs are intentionally designed to empower women through sophisticated, integrative yoga and mind-body education that extends beyond foundational skills. Students are taught not only core practices, but how to better apply them within the complex realities of mental health, physical health, nervous system and stress science, professional environments, and feminine leadership.
Our Studio Mission:
Our studio is our commitment to Karma Yoga. Currently, millions of Canadian women encounter structural barriers to traditional mind-body studios or private mind-body coaching — whether due to cost, geography, professional demands, caregiving responsibilities, health considerations, or schedule constraints. Our highly qualified instructors bring together a wide range of sophisticated mind-body disciplines within a single, engaging ecosystem. Through a thoughtfully designed, technology-driven approach, these practices are available anytime, anywhere, at a fraction of traditional costs.

Through both of these missions, we fulfill our company mission, which is to reduce suffering in women.
Our students and studio members aren’t just participants, they’re friends and partners who care about serving women as much as we do. By joining either pathway, you’re not just investing in yourself — you’re supporting one of the very few Canadian mind-body companies designed to support women’s health.
