4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Find Her Peace platform, including but not limited to videos, written materials, tools, exercises, programs, methods, branding, and logos, is the exclusive property of Find Her Peace and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, transmit, reuse, sell, or otherwise exploit any of our content for any commercial purposes without our express written permission.
Additionally, any content uploaded or contributed by users becomes the property of Find Her Peace. We reserve the right to use, modify, or remove such content as needed to maintain community standards.
5. Subscriptions, Trials, and Payments
Find Her Peace offers an annual subscription, with payments billed on the same calendar date each year following your original sign-up.
6. User Content and Conduct
Users are solely responsible for the content they contribute to the platform. Any content that is inappropriate, offensive, harmful, illegal, or violates community standards will be removed without notice. Memberships associated with such content may be terminated and reported to relevant authorities.
By submitting content, you grant Find Her Peace full ownership and usage rights, without compensation or further notice.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Medical Disclaimer: The information, courses, and services offered by Find Her Peace, including but not limited to nervous system regulation, mind-body therapies, mental health training, nutrition information, and wellness practices, are intended for educational and self-development purposes only.
