Our Online Yoga and Nervous System Regulation Studio
Our online yoga and nervous system regulation studio is now live!
Included with all our certifications or available as a stand-alone program, our studio is designed to provide women with accessible, affordable, and transformative mind-body experiences. The studio features two core offerings to help you explore, practice, and integrate yoga and nervous system regulation into your daily life:

#1 Journeys: Guided Mind-Body and Nervous System Regulation Exploration
The journeys in our studio are spiritual, physical, emotional, and cognitive explorations into specific mind-body and nervous system regulation skills.
These multimedia experiences often take around a hundred hours of thoughtful design and content creation. They range from 1 to 12 days in length, and each day typically requires 15 to 20 minutes of commitment, with built-in rest days to support energy, health symptoms, and busy schedules. The true power of the journeys lies in their ability to combine adventure and consistency with mind-body healing, creating the conditions for truly transformational experiences.
#2 Healing Libraries: Flexible Practice On-Demand
Our libraries bring flexibility into the mind-body and nervous system regulation experience.
They are collections of nervous system regulation exercises and experiences that can be used 24/7, whenever you want a low-pressure way to turn off the external world and reconnect within. They are organized by modality. For example, we have: A Yoga Library, A Sound Healing Library, and A Mindfulness, Calming, and Somatic Library.

Our Online Studio Pricing
Traditional mind-body studios cost anywhere from
$80–$120/month + travel.
Guided by our mission of supporting women’s health equity, our studio brings a vast range of mind-body experiences into a single, accessible space at a fraction of the traditional cost — while still offering post-purchase teacher certification pathways when they become live for those who wish to deepen their mind-body connection.
Our Studio Membership Cost
Daily Price: $0.34 CAD + tax
Annual Cost: $122 CAD + tax
Membership is billed annually to better support the growth and impact of our mission.
