Our Online Yoga and Nervous System Regulation Studio

Included with all Find Her Peace certification pathways, our Online Yoga and Nervous System Regulation Studio serves as a personal mind-body home base for our students. Beyond the depth of learning in our trainings, the studio offers a low-stress, low-demand space to rest and restore. Whether looking to unwind, regulate the nervous system, or simply carve out a moment of stillness, it is always there through two core options:

#1 Journeys: Guided Mind-Body and Nervous System Regulation Exploration

The journeys in our studio are spiritual, physical, emotional, and cognitive explorations into specific mind-body and nervous system regulation skills.

These multimedia experiences often take around a hundred hours of thoughtful design and content creation. They range from 1 to 12 days in length, and each day typically requires 15 to 20 minutes of commitment, with built-in rest days to support energy, health symptoms, and busy schedules. The true power of the journeys lies in their ability to combine adventure and consistency with mind-body healing, creating the conditions for truly transformational experiences.

#2 Healing Libraries: Flexible Practice On-Demand

Our libraries bring flexibility into the mind-body and nervous system regulation experience.

They are collections of nervous system regulation exercises and experiences that can be used 24/7, whenever you want a low-pressure way to turn off the external world and reconnect within. They are organized by modality. For example, we have: A Yoga Library, A Sound Healing Library, and A Mindfulness, Calming, and Somatic Library.

Our Mind-Body and Nervous System Regulation Modalities

Our highly qualified mind-body instructors, with teaching experience in both traditional and clinical settings, have designed our journeys and libraries with our students in mind. Simple, flexible, and entirely self-paced, each offering creates a stress-free way to deepen immersion into core mind-body and nervous system regulation modalities outside of formal training, including:

Parasympathetic Breathwork, PMR & Body Scans

Breathwork, progressive muscle relaxation (PMR), and body scans are versatile, proven calming skills that can be used for a wide range of emotional, physical, sleep, and professional needs. Through our journeys, meditations, and library exercises, we explore these powerful skills — and how to use them without turning them into avoidance behaviours.

“What I appreciate most about Tammy and Scott is they combine lived mental and physical health experience with mind-body expertise. This allows them to design truly transformational experiences, because they actually understand what people need.”
